Mi Rancho TexMex Mobile App Privacy Policy

MI Rancho Mexican Grill & Bar Inc (“Mi Rancho,” “we,” “us”) provides the Mi Rancho TexMex mobile app, previously listed as Mi Rancho Grill. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the app and its ordering, payment, account, gift card, and rewards features. Information used by the app

Information you provide. Depending on the features you use, this includes your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and instructions, payment information, saved payment preferences, gift card activity, purchase history, and loyalty account and reward activity. If you provide your birthday for a birthday reward or contact us for help, the information you submit is also handled as part of that service. Only provide information needed for your request.

Technical information. The app uses user identifiers and device identifiers for app functionality and analytics, and crash data for analytics and troubleshooting. User identifiers may be associated with your account. Information you enter during ordering is handled through Toast and the providers involved in fulfilling your request. If a feature requests a device permission, you can manage that permission in your device settings.

How information is used

Information is used to sign you in; take, process, and fulfill orders and payments; provide receipts and order updates; maintain saved preferences and order history; administer gift cards and rewards; answer questions; troubleshoot and improve the service; protect against misuse; and meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. When you choose to receive promotional communications, your contact details and relevant account activity may be used to provide those communications.

Who handles information

Mi Rancho uses Toast to provide the app and related restaurant services. Information needed for your transaction may be handled by Mi Rancho personnel, Toast, payment providers, and delivery or other service providers involved in the features you use. Toast also has its own privacy practices, described in the Toast Privacy Statement.

We require providers acting on our behalf to protect personal information with safeguards consistent with this policy and applicable requirements, and to use it for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect people and the service. Disclosures you separately request or authorize are handled for that purpose.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal information for the time needed to operate the features you use and meet applicable legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and its purpose. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove identifying details. Some transaction records may need to be retained after an account or deletion request is processed. Toast may retain information it handles under its own privacy statement.

Your choices and requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by Mi Rancho, or to withdraw a consent you have given us, email miranchocorp@gmail.com with the subject “App Privacy Request.” Describe the request and identify the email address or phone number used for your account. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment card details. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any records we must keep.

You can manage available account information in the app, disable app permissions or notifications in your device settings, and use unsubscribe instructions in promotional messages. Withdrawing an optional permission may affect the feature that needs it. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete account or transaction records. Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for personal information under our control. No online service can guarantee complete security. The app is a general restaurant service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and address deletion where appropriate.

Changes and contact
